Tile and Plank: It is important to identify the pattern you prefer. Some patterns lend themselves better to brick ashlar or monolithic.If you do not specify, the installer will default to either quarter turned or whatever is easiest for them which may not be what you want!  You must specify.

Research Initiatives: Week 14 INT 323 Eva Serrato Carpet Tile Installation: For carpet tile installation you first have to make sure that the sub floor is in the correct condition and any sort of padding is installed beforehand. There are different patterns that need to be decided before installation starts. After this is decided then how the tiles will be planned when they intersect a doorway or a corner and this can be decided by a dry lay which is laying the carpets down before they are glued. Then the tiles need to acclimate to the humidity of the room. Then the adhesive is placed, either a peel and stick or a direct glue down.
